Network Marketing ( mlm) derives its system from Robert Kiyosaki, writer of Rich Dad, Poor Dad.

In his other book , The Four Quadrants. He maintains that society is made of four types of people:

Employees and small business owners have the same characteristics. They work most of the time and have no time to spare for their families, ministries, recreation and other people. Their cry is always no money.

They work for money instead of money working for them. They rarely have money because they solve one problem with another, loan upon loan, sometimes two or three loans. They are slaves and do not know what living or having life in its fullness really means.

The other sect of investors and Big business owners have solid duplicateable systems which are capable of producing residual income. Having systems rarely goes wrong because systems beat the law of average. Think of McDonald, Bill Bates, Stock Marketing etc

In old age, jobs and small scale businesses do not provide a solution for retirement because it is only active income that is earned as long as someone is working.

There are other ways of earning passive income like investors and big business owners do. Examples of such are singers, writers , Arts and sculptures. Any reproduction of a book or art piece or song brings money to the family over and over again. Unfortunately, these are talents which a few people are gifted with.

When death sets in (God forbid), a job is never inherited. A small scale business does not survive for long where as the counterpart systems can be followed by a family member.

Robert Kiyosaki asks;

“How would the employees and small scale owners cross over to get their independence and begin to live their lives?

They need over 1million dollars. How do they get such money yet they do not have assets to their names?

His answer is that; "Let them utilise the natural gifts and what they have in riches, - people.

People are always naturally networked. We always refer people to good services and products and they refer others. Though we never know who referred who and how many, we are always in network marketing unconsciously.

Network marketing is simple and complex at the same time.

Those who do not take time to understand it behave in different ways.

Network marketing Business, just like life, is what you make it. And as Shakespeare says,

"This world is a stage and we are all players in different scenes"...

Those who play well go on. Those who play badly will blame the game, the mentor, the curtains, costume, etc.

One thing is for sure. People with big dreams and plans to create a difference in the lives of others, people who are determined and see an opportunity and not a problem when it rains, always make it.
